0 Circle_of_Psi Posted June 13, 2016 Share Posted June 13, 2016 IIRC if you make a new account, you have to to complete a certain amount of missions and be at a higher MR, In order to post, but I think there is also a period of time you have to wait, until you can start posting and make new topics.
