If i Download warframe from steam will my in game data transfer

I found warframe on steam because my friend plays it on steam. I have warframe already downloaded but from the website. If i delete warframe and download it off of steam would all my ingame data transfer like my warframes and guns and such?

Your Warframes etc. are saved on DE servers.  You could log in on a completely different computer and they'll still be there.  As far as I'm aware the only things saved locally are settings in options, favourite colours and Gear equipped.  You'll still have all your stuff but your consumable Gear wheel will empty so you'll need to re-equip your Scanners, Restores, Ciphers etc.  Equipped Warframes and weapons wont be affected.

Yes, that's all tied to your account so you'll just login as usual and everything will be fine. At most you might have to reset the items in your gear wheel and emotes.

You account info is stored on DE's servers not steam's servers. After you download through steam just login in like you normally do and everything will still be there.

Short answer: Yes

Long Answer: is not a transfer per se but yeah, you'll have all your stuff when you finish installing the game through Steam. Steam version & website launcher are not different versions of the game, they are only different ways to connect to your account.
