(fast and slow) Anyone has an idea how the enemies will react? Fast or slow? confused? they will blow up? or the 2 powers will cancel each others? 0 Klazik
The power that the game recognizes as the last hitting, will usually overwrite the other.
0 Wopel
Mechanically, just to clarify, M prime is a buff/debuff placed on the enemy. The effect is determined by the power strength of the person using it. It isn't split up between "slow" or "haste" with a different debuff/icon on the enemy depending on the effect. So as mentioned above, the last casting of M prime will be the one "in effect" on the enemy at any time.
