Add Friend

I want to add my friend . but I cannot find it in the list , the system says "offline " but he is online , he uses steam and i do not use steam

The problem is sure not that he uses steam and you not.

Then click add friend and actually type his account name in there.

Also he may be using a different server is why you cant see him.

Yea. So he may be using EU while your still in NA or vice versa. People tend to go to other regions to try and get better deals on items.

 

Edit:sorry I keep calling them server but I mean region >.<

This game only has 2 servers (Global and China) so unless you live in China it's not that just have them PM you and click their name then click the "Add Friend" option if it fails both of you relog then try again one of you might be bugged
