Simulacrum Access

Hello all. I'm at 20,000 standing at the moment for Cephalon Simaris and i'm trying to unlock a Simulacrum Access key. It's taking quite a while and I was wondering if you guys have any tips to gain more standing quicker for Cephalon Simaris. At the moment I'm just using Loki Prime and going invisible then scanning as many people as I can. Do you guys have any tips for me?

Do his daily targets that he offers.

Edit: You could also try hopping on with other people's targets as well.

Do the lore synthesis targets. They give 3-4k per target. There are also daily scanning missions if you run out.

I can't seem to find his daily targets. Do I have to finish the New Strange first?

If you're talking to him and he doesn't have a dialogue option along the lines of "Do you have any targets for me?" then yes, you probably need to finish the quest.
