What combinations of PvP mods are allowed, and how is it determined?

I'm working on a new PvP build and I can't equip both tempered bound and calculated spring. I have had conflicts before, and I was wondering what mods can and cannot be equipped together. Anyone know? it's not on the wiki.

Messed around with the mods a bit, came up with this.  Only very few weapon specific mods conflicted with regular mods.  If i missed some, feel free to correct me.

most mobility mods, reload & recoil mods, and attack speed mods conflict with eachother

I think it's based on affecting the same stat either positively or negatively.

For instance, Loose Hatch increases reload speed, but increases the recoil of your shots. You then can't use Hydraulic Gauge (-60% Recoil, -10% Magazine) to reduce that recoil.
