I rather everyone be able to do the same thing instead of Founders having a clear advantage because they put money in.

 

However since we're on this topic. Lets make Elite enemies like the Heavy/Napalm Grineer of that selected planet have a random name generator of the founder's so we see enemies like.

 

Ancient Disrupter "(Somename)"

Heavy Grineer "(Somename)"

Corpus Tech "(Somename)"

 

Still much cleaner looking then a bunch of slapped on names while looking at missions.
