So I have this mod named Hornet Strike. It has three dots (which shows the rank of the mod), all maxed (meaning they light up). But then I see a picture of someone's build, showing that have like 9 dots on their mod. It's the same mod as well! I want to be able to do this as well, so can someone please tell me how to do this? How to be able to "increase those dots at the bottom"?
