[Lore] Specters of the Rails [Spoil]

I think everybody who give interest to the lore of the game has many question abouts the "specters" into juctions.

So, before the last hotfix, the specters was into the codex, ino the infested codex. It's really odd that devs delete them from the codex but their old place into the infested codex is really interesting. In my opinion, they are Tennoless warframe that just "live" with their primitive instinct they have frome infestation.
