SquireAngel Posted July 10, 2016 Share Posted July 10, 2016 So, I noticed in region chat that many players were complaining about the Tonkor being nerfed, so I took it out for a spin. Much to my surprise, the much beloved grenade blaster was dealing nearly a 1/10 the damage. "FINALLY!" I proclaimed, "My Secura Penta will deal more damage with a more risk/reward oriented playstyle!" Much to my disappointment, my S Penta was ALSO nerfed. I took out the Synoid Simulor, and while it has weathered the storm better, I noticed a lack of some punch to it. I grabbed my Ogris, and, much to my seething 6 forma regret, noticed the Ogris also lacked a large punch as well. I felt I knew the cause, and decided to grab my syandana with Arcane Rage. I ran a few missions, and noticed that the launcher class no longer dealt innate headshot damage. While I get the point behind this, Launchers need a second pass to boost them back to a proper place. As it sits, they all do fairly low damage for the heavy forma cost they all require. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But they do need a small buff, because it seems that the innate headshot damage did all the magic. Aiming for headshots with a penta is too "singular" to me.
