I think there's supposed to be an update for it soon ( "DE Dimitri We believe we have a fix for this and it should be going out with the next update. You may still need to enable Fullscreen from the launcher the next time you update Warframe, however after that it should save properly. ... http://steamcommunity.com/app/230410/discussions/2/365172547955618518/#p1 Had something update just now when I started it up, but it still opened in a window.
