How to get chroma systems?

So after completing "The New Strange" Quest, i thought i was about ready to finish building Chroma. But i soon realized i need the Chroma systems that i thought i got from the new strange mission. After doing some research i couldnt find an answer. Only that you would get it in the 4th part of the quest, which i havent. Im really confused and would like to know if i missed something?

Now you need to do a junction to get chroma part.
