Why no one talking in the community chat on PS4

Recently I just got back to the game however, I noticed that the community chat for me is absolutely dead! I cant see anyone talking, finding teams, trading or anything! I wanted to play some T towers I couldn't even find any ppl. Can some one explain it to me why is this happening plz?

It might be because of your language. Not sure about concoles, but on PC a while ago, my game was set to french and the server was empty. I switched to english and it worked.

Change the PS4 language to english (UK or NA), plenty of people talking/playing.

Go to Settings and in the GAMEPLAY tab change the Region to North America east. and everything will be fine.
