gifting and weapon transfer

is it possible to gift the weapons i have to someone else or transfer it to another account? (i'm hoping it is)

No.

 

Certain "special weapons" can be traded, but only if they are unranked, with no formas or potatos installed. Otherwise if the weapons comes in pieces with a blueprint those can be traded too, but not gifted.

The only way to gift something is buying something from the market for somebody (will need to choose their name in order to send the item to them).

Also, to expand on this, the weapon parts & blueprints that can be traded can only be Prime weapons or the weapon blueprints & parts you get as Sortie rewards. Lastly, if you want to gift someone a weapon you can do so by going into the in-game market, select the weapon you want to gift & select the gift icon, you'll be spending your Platinum btw because you are technically buying them from the market for someone else & they'll be fully built weapons with their own weapon slot & catalyst installed.
