Refresh Rate only goes to 143.98Hz

On the Refresh Rate menu on my 144Hz monitor it only lets me go to 143.98 now I know its not that big of a deal but why cant I go to 144Hz it just seems weird something broken? Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: On windowed borderless and windowed it does let me go to 144 just not on fullscreen.

advertised specifications are generally a lie. 143.98 is what it actually runs at if Warframe says that. Warframe doesn't lie to you about things.

same goes for all Monitors. it's for compatibility, 60Hz Monitors run at 59.94, 144 at 143.98, Et Cetera.
