Voicelines for Relay NPCs

It would add some level of immersion, get close to an NPC and a "X to talk" would appear above that NPC and they would say something to you or you would hear what that group is talking about.

Of course it would happen only in your screen.

Wonder what those sneaky Perrin guys outside their room would say.

"Oh uhh... Hey, Tenno. Nothing to see here, just move along."

Or the constantly nodding Loka woman at the waterfall.

"Mhm, yes, I quite agree Mr. Rhino statue."
