Horrible preformance drop when using nyx chaos

In any mission, when I use chaos, or someone else uses chaos my framerate drops from 60-120+ down to 40-45. I know this is directly caused from chaos cause I decided to use it and watch my framerate and as I turned my chaos on, my frame rate immediately goes from 60-120+ straight down to 40. Straight away, without any delay.

 

This problem also happens with a few other abilities throughout the game and makes them almost completely unplayable because of the lag they cause

I posted a support ticket about this problem that included the EE.log and System specs.
