MR points from new star-chart mission nodes

So,as there are fewer mission nodes than before,what happened with the old mastery points?Were they deleted and replaced with the points from the actual nodes,or we simply kept the old points,at wich the Junction MR points add?

Also,I saw that now the DarkSector mission appear as needing to be completed,and act like a normal mission...but do they add MR points to,or just the normal missions?

According to [DE], the mastery from the individual nodes was bundled up into the new Junctions. Completing those will award you an equivalent amount to the old system.

But the Junctions give a flat 1k. At least they did when I went and cleared them all and I had all the nodes complete beforehand.

Exactly, but the 1k mastery form the junctions is more then we got from the old star chart.
