Smeeta - improve charm casting

Has anyone noticed if skills like swipe/mischief/sharpened claws/pounce lower the chances of buffing charm? Will she use it less often?
Would it be better to only keep Charm as the only usable skill on smeeta?

it depends on where you have placed your charm in your bulid

the top left is #1 top right is #2 bottom left is #3 and bottom is #4 depending on where you placed it the mods might not have the priority. if you put it in the middle of your build it will not go off often. If you have it at the bottom left or right corner it will be the last ability to be activated. If put in the top left it will be the first ability to be activated if the timer has refreshed.

With its Charm ability when maxed you have a 28% chance that it will do one of the following and when at maxed rank it has a chance of happening ever 26 seconds. So in theory once every minute and a half the kavat should give a charm effect. It is possible to not go off after that minute and a half, or go off every 26 seconds (depending on the buff duration you have to wait till the buff is over for the cooldown to take effect)
