Frost Chassis?

Could someone please tell me how to get the Frost chassis so I can make the Chroma chassis to complete the quest set by Cephalon Simaris? I had a look on Wikia and it told me I had to defeat Lt. Lech Kril but he dropped the Trinity chassis. I suppose the thread I read was directed at PC users. Any info for console users?

You have to fight SOLO Lech Kril, not Lech Kril teamed up with Vor.

Lt. Lech Kril and Captain Vor on Phobos drop trinity. Lt. Lech Kril by himself on Ceres(i think) drops frost.

IIRC he's on Ceres pre-SotR.
