Is Valkyr a good frame? If so what mods should i put on her?

I really like Valkyr.

Build for Duration, Strength, and Efficiency. Your main powers will be Hysteria, War Cry, and Paralyze (sometimes).

What are some good mods for duration strength and efficiency? (sorry i'm not the greatest with mods)

Valkyr is strong.

She has about 4 viable builds.

Full Hysteria is the most common then General Melee (War Cry Augmented), Hybrid Melee (War Cry Augmented, Hysteria, Paralyze) and Full Paralyze which requires (Arcane Barrier and Paralyze Augmented).

This is my Eternal War Build, paired with a weapon with Blood Rush, Body Count and R0 Life Strike.

The build is based on the bonuses from Warcry (skill #2) that gives a great deal of Armour and Attack Speed, augmented with the Eternal War mod to extend the duration. Rage will replenish your Power, to be used for Channeling melee attacks and activate Life Strike (aka life steal). When dealing with heavies, like Grineer Heavy Gunners, Bombards and Napalms, stun them with Paralysis (skill #3), opening them up for melee finishers.
