Void Fissure Missions

Are we suppose to do the same void missions more than once? When I accept the mission a second time, the game tries to match me for a moment before it throws me back into the relic selection screen again. But if I wait, the game will match me with people and start the mission eventually. I feel like something not going right.

I have had this happen, it seems like a bug in the matchmaking as I only seem to get it when the initial matching does not find anything

Surprised that these bugs are still here, and the UI changes that people on the forums want done

Found another bug I ran into. I equipped a relic and went into a capture mission.  I collected 10 fragments and completed the mission. It said I couldn't get a prize because I didn't have a relic equipped. A syndicate assassination team showed up for one of the teammates during it, it that matters or bugs, idk.
