The Rift Sigil

So the Wiki describing this sigil states that it was acquired from the "Escalation phases of various Tactical Alerts, including Phoenix Intercept,Emergency Exit, and Project Undermine." I've seen some YouTubers sporting it and it looks pretty neat. Does anyone know when (or if) DE will be bringing these alerts back? For those of you who have been around a long time, how frequently do they "recycle" (for lack of a better word) these Tactical Alerts.

I only remember them recycling tactical alerts ONCE during 3 or 5 days. During this time they put 1 old tactical alert per day.

Rift sigil ends up in drop tables usually about once or twice a year (never played the original event). I have it and never use it. Really overhyped for what it is.
