As far as I know, PS4 hasn't received the update yet.

I think they increased the hp/shield/damage of summoned units while reducing the number of units to a fixed 7

Thats what DE said but information i seen shows no increase post rework. Im unable the verify myself, because im still on console.

Incorrect the multipliers are the exact same 2.5x on damage and 2x for health, nothing was changed
