It only boosts your shield as long as you don't have overshields currently active You should try and provide information abut exactly what you were doing and what loadout you had if it's legit not working. 0 zehne Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 Brief Respite definately works. Channeled energy will not restore shields. The cast at the front of a channel will however. Brief Respite is capable of generating overshields, so long as the shields were not over-capacity when an ability was casted. It works, I tested.
