Arsenal Lighting and Color

How do you change the color intensity and color of the arsenal lights? It's making it very hard to fashionframe with the bright white glare D:

It's a pretty simple process. I'll go through it step by step:

1. Spend years asking for improved lighting in the arsenal
2. Wail, gnash teeth
3. Abandon all hope, death waits for us all at the end of this dreary road

I've seen people with changed arsenal lights though

1. Select Start, enter Display, select Display settings from the list of results, and then use the slider or turn the automatic adjustment on or off.

1. Note: If you don't see the slider, or if moving the slider doesn't change the brightness, try updating your display driver. Here's how: Select the Start button, enter (type) Device Manager, select Device Manager from the list of results, expand Display adapters, right-click (or press and hold) the name of the driver (each manufacturer has a different name), and then select Update Driver Software.

If you go into equipment and landing craft you can change the lights color from there.  I don't think you can change the intensity, but I changed mine to black which doesn't have the glare of the other colors (they essentially look "switched off").

if it's 'white washed' with the lighting try turning off glare in the display options.  I had to do this to be able to see the colours on archwing items.
