Good Ignis Build?

Right now I'm at a two- soon to be three-forma Ignis with the following build:

Split Chamber, Combustion Beam, Firestorm, Hellfire

Serration, Sinister Reach, Infected Clip, Stormbringer

I'm like 10000% sure this isn't the greatest build, so if anyone else has any better ones for me, please let me know here. Thanks for any help!

this is my build.. purelly for status serration.split chamber.heavy calibar.primed rifle ammo mutation .3x60 status mods.firestorm...i use heavy calibar.. to add bit dmg cz of status mods and with fire storm works really well

If you want to deal a lot of damage with it, you should definitly use heavy caliber.
My build currently has serration, heavy caliber and split chamber.
Then 3 dual stat mods.
And the last 2 slots are vile acceleration and ammo mutation.

You should also check out youtube for builds. The one I'm using is based on a video by h3dshot, I just don't have as much forma on it. I don't use the ignis a lot, so I haven't made any changes to the build. Some players seem to like status a lot on the ignis. I don't really think modding for status is really worth it. I only have the 3 dual stat mods, because they save some forma. With 90% mods you can make sure that you get the most out of the ignis in the high level syndicate missions. Anything higher than that and you might want to use something else anyway.

Drop Combustion Beam, add Heavy Cal. Heavy Cal is a pure upgrade to the Ignis as accuracy loss doesn't affect it. Combustion Beam loses it's appeal very quickly even at mid level enemies. I personally never use the mod on anything anymore.

I have Ignis with both HC and CB at same time. Viral + Radiation damage, 2 ivents mods. But, i use that build occasionally with 10x Resonance Banshee, vs not-so-tough crowds.

You get 100% status chance with this build as long as you have 2 status mods and vile acceleration.

I personally prefer sinester reach over firestorm.

This is my Personal Build. I pref to having over 100% status because it's super fun. But you can pick any mods you want to use it.
