Limbo Rework Idea: 4am edition

A copy paste of a copy paste I made late at night to just randomly create a rework idea for Limbo. It didn't get much traction at the reddit area. So ill just post it here and you can give your opinions on things you like/don't like.

Thanks.

PASSIVE CHANGE: "There but not always" - While in and out of the Rift, Limbo gains a flat 15% chance for enemy fire to fly through him and deal no damage.

(40% is too much :l )

Additional change to Banish:
Charge to Banish up to 5 enemies at once, possibly can be modified by power strength. Enemies will look "Phased out", and cannot target you or alert other enemies while banished, because they are in another plane. Even if they are alerted and you banish them, they cannot activate alarms.

Rebuilt Rift Walk:
Now an instantaneous ability, enemies can not target you if your in the Rift and they are not. You still gain the energy per second,  and you are still being timed. You cannot activate panels, however you can pick up items and take them with you into the Rift.
(NO, this does not mean you can be a troll, pick up a datamass, and drop it off in the Rift and Leave that plane. Any item you bring with you into the Rift will leave with you as well.)

Rebuilt Rift Surge:
Still gives the damage bonus. However you can "Jump" through the Rift and land near enemies to unleash a shockwave. If you are in the Rift and attempt to Jump, it will function the same but you will exit the Rift when finishing the Jump. Better explanation on how Jump could work:
"Hold Circle to send out a circle of energy that bounces off obstacles, release button to teleport to the circle's location instantly. Damages opponent and knocks them upwards if Exdeath teleports to their position."- Dissidia Final Fantasy/012

Reworked Cataclysm:
No longer a "shrinking snowglobe". Pulls the Rift and concentrates it into a vortex that destabilizes over time and does not shrink. Can pull enemies into the Vortex, however they will have lower accuracy from being pulled in. Your energy will still regenerate. When Cataclysm destabilizes, it unleashes a massive shockwave, similar to Jump, but at a much higher range.

Reworked function of the Rift:
The Rift is defined as "Weird". When enemies are inside it, they have a difficult time differentiating between you and their allies. When your Warframes are in the Rift, they are able to switch between weapons and reload at a much faster rate. They also gain a higher horizontal velocity when bullet jumping and running.

Much of this is kinda odd, but I can't say I'm all that opinionated on most of the ideas.

That passive though?

No.

HELL no.

That is broken as all fk. And I actually have experience playing limbo. I don't hate him (though I agree he needs reworking), but that passive is a terribad idea.

AW HELL NO

You do realize that's pretty much a 40% DPS reduction from enemy bullets (asuming you don't die from 1 hit)? That is on par with Razorwing.

This is good, but while you're in the rift and your enemies outside they can't hit you.

What's the point in picking up items but you can't activate panels, even though you're in the same dimension? Instead you can't bring the item with you into the rift to make it easier as it makes it futile.

So jump in/out seems repetitive since it's part of the parkour. Not liking the idea to send a circle to area for instant teleport. Should be aim to send.

This seems similar to rift surge with the shockwave move.

How?

It's the same passive for limbo, and feels bland. Nothing new?

That's called confusion.

I like most of your idea but needs improving.
