0 Juancho Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Using it with a fourth ability like Blade Storm would be if you have efficiency, im pretty sure that with 120% power efficiency is enough + Carrier. I usually run it on my Mesa, and even though I had to forma her for a 5th time there's a significantly noticeable difference when using Peacemaker. I'm constantly resetting the ability since I don't use range and duration on her. So I don't ec on her. But if you run a stand still style of 4 with ev then yeah :3 I love EC on equinox aswell.
