Chroma blueprint confusion

So I just completed the New Strange quest and got the chroma bp. But it is telling me I need a chroma neuroptics, chassis, and systems. I thought he was supposed to be made with ember neruoptics, frost chassis, Sayrn systems, and volt neuroptics?

Do I have to get a bp for each of his parts to make them from these others? If so, then where do I get them?

Chroma's part BP's are now rewards from junctions on Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. The parts from other frames you listed are used to biuld those.

You will need to craft the required Volt Helmet, Ember Helmet, Frost Chassis, and Saryn Systems for the individual Chroma blueprints. The junction rewards will be the easier part of the adventure while Kela giving the Saryn systems can sometimes test one's patience.

The main BP was never built with those pieces (except volt neuroptics). His neuroptics, chassis and system required those respective pieces to build and still do. As said above Junctions reward you with those BPs

You need to make the juction Chroma parts also you will need to craft the required parts:Ember Helmet(Helmet) Frost Chassis(Chassis), and Saryn Systems(Systems) for the body Chroma parts also and lasr i think you need a Volt part for complete warframe Blueprint. And if the junction dont give you Chroma part do it again until it gives it yo you (old bug)
