Questions are - should i boost base rad dmg or create another element like i have in current build ? And why mod should be the last one to add ?? Weeping wounds ?

I would say drop the Body Count (unless you wanted to put Weeping Wounds on) and add 2 dual stat mods (if you have them) to raise your status chance and increase the odds of getting the dagger's passive to pop

My 1st idea for last 2 mods was Weeping wounds+Body count, but im not sure if are the right mods

Well you can always go 4 Dual Stat mods instead of Body Count and the elementals. Or equip Weeping Wounds.

Really up to your playstyle.
