0 S0V3REiGN
With that much effeciancy do you really need primed flow? May be some power strength like energy conversion.
0 (PSN)joshw1400
I see you took my advice and used the build for the silva and aegis. But if you wanna use exalted blade you'll have to change a bit. For starters I recommend you use a melee weapon that can crit just in case you run out of energy. Like your broken war. Now I'll show you how I built my excalibur and melee. Excalibur Build(4 forma) Aura: Steel Charge Exilus: Coaction Drift -Vitality -Transient Fortitude -Intensify -Narrow Minded -Primed Continuity -Primed Flow -Streamline Rank 4 -Fleeting Expertise Rank 4 - I think I used Power Drift or something else Melee Weapon Example: Tipedo, Prisma Skana, or Broken War -(Primed) Pressure Point -(Primed) Fury -Berserker -True Steel -Organ Shatter -Shocking Touch -Any element you want -Life Strike/Another Element/Whatever you like I don't recommend you use any of the IPS mods because they won't do that much. 0 Xzorn
You'd get more out of Steel Fiber over Redirection, esp if you're using Life Strike. You don't really need channeling efficiency for a general EB build. Handspring is only going to be useful from the back when you're in EB as the ability auto parries knockdowns from the front but If you still want it, doesn't matter much either way. I personally prefer more Power Strength with EB. Edited September 30, 2016 by Xzorn
