I've 2 question about banshee's soundquake

1st is even if i use max fleeting expertise + max streamline or 4 ranked fleeting expertise + 4 ranked streamline the eff is %175 at both

so will using the maxed ones change energy drain or is it same wth 4 ranekd ones?

and 2nd question is will Arcane Chorus Helmet (gives +%10 efficiency) change efficiency with maxed or 4 ranked eff mods or will it drain same without the arcane helmet?

I only care about energy drain btw casting cost isnt that iportrant for me

Energy efficiency is capped at 175% so any more efficiency beyond that is wasted. If you want to lower your energy drain further you need to increase your duration. Duration increases the amount of time a channeling ability "ticks" to use energy so at 200% duration your energy will be consumed every 2 seconds instead of every second.

That's actually not quite true in the case of Energy drain abilities,
you can have below 100% Duration and make up for the (drain) Efficiency loss
with more (invisible on the stat screen) Efficiency,
e.g. 40% Duration and 190% Efficiency works to still reach minimum drain.

[Though the cost reduction is indeed still capped at 75%.]
