So I got Loki for spy missions.. which mods and weapons should I use on it?

You can use any Warframe or weapon for spy missions if you know what you're doing. Typically a silent weapon such as a bow (or a shotgun with SIlent Battery on it.)

The build I typically use on my Loki is as follows:

For Range (this build offers 18 seconds of Invis):

Energy Siphon and Rush (Aura and Exilus)

Quick Thinking, Vitality, Primed Flow, Primed Continuity, Streamline, Overextended, Stretch and Irradiating Disarm.

For Duration (this build offers ~32 seconds of Invis):

Energy Siphon and Rush (Aura and Exilus)

Narrow Minded, Vitality, Primed Flow, Primed Continuity, Constitution, Streamline, Overextended and Hushed Invisibility (for all silent weapons)

duration + intruder, I only use loki for grineer spy, for corpus Ivara.

The thing to remember with Loki is that his invisibility doesn't mean he can't alert enemies. They can still hear you so unless you have silent mods on them or the augment that makes them silent - I would suggest using naturally silent weapons such as shurikens or bows.

Pretty much this, but i would swap vitality for Stretch,  I find the extra range useful with Decoy and switch teleport to make some vaults a bit quicker.
