Does the +20% firerate bonus stack with the other mods or act as a final multiplier much like the melee combo counter?

I need more dakka for my mesa.

It's a multiplicative bonus but does not work on Regulators. They are not considered a secondary weapon in this regard.

Same goes for Arcane Precision.

If you need more dakka the speed boost passive from the dual toxocyst does apply to Mesa's regulators upon getting a headshot.

But the regulators don't normally land headshots unless the enemy's head actually moves in the way, right? Not to mention headshots can't refresh the buff either. I don't like the idea of jumping in and out of peacemaker every 6 seconds, tbh :T

Yeah the only way to get the bonus fire rate is to land the headshot out of Peacemaker.
