I highly doubt that graphics chip would be able to run Warframe even at the lowest settings.

Edit:

Minimum System Requirements
  • OS: Windows XP SP 3 or higher.
  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo e6400 or AMD Athlon x64 4000+ (~2.2Ghz dual core CPU)
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM.
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3600.
  • DirectX: 9.0c.
  • Hard Drive: 5 GB free HD space.

You will not be able to run Warframe with all of the bling turned on, but you should be able to get some respectable frames out of that.

Turn off runtime tesselation, anti-aliasing, ambient occlusion, depth of field, motion blur, and ESPECIALLY local reflections.

These are the most "expensive" visual options. See what your frame rate looks like after that.

If it's still a slide show, run the game in a 800x600 window.

Well what can i do to the settings to help run it well? Anything in particular i can change to help improvement?

first off id set EVERY graphic option to low / off first see how it runs. If it runs well enough for you then you can start tweaking things that appeal to you more e.g  shadows , player detail , environment detail and figure out what runs heavier on your GPU. That way you can find options that might make it more visually pleasing to look at :D
