Fused Mods Bugged?

So I came back from a mission and fused my Piercing Hit to max. When I went to go put it on my weapon it wasn't at max anymore and I no longer had 20k credits or my 310 endo?

Did you look through your Mod list to see whether there was a maxed Piercing Hit in there somewhere?

If you rank up an equipped Mod, the game sometimes likes to rank up another copy of that Mod
and leave the equipped one as it was before :P

[Seriously though, those 30% physical damage Mods are pretty much trash,
if you want a stronger weapon then - after base damage and Multishot - elemental damage is the way to go.]
