LF clan emblem (PS4)

Hello, this is Anthony psn (unknownmystery_1) I've been trying to creat one myself, but am seeking pro help. If you are interested mssg or for a faster response mssg me on psn, we can talk about more info.

I have a sketch that needs to be made digital according to these criteria,
1: must be 128 by 128 pixels 
2: transparent background 
3: saved as a png file 

A circular border around the main emblem must be added additionally, with a gold boarder and grey fill,

It's usually better to let people contact you right in the thread rather than through PMs.  That way you don't have confusion about what's going on and whether you've got somebody already.  And definitely don't put your email address in a public forum.
