Is there actually any difference between them other than the skin? Sorry if this was already answered, but searching through forums didn't find any relevant results. DiabolusUrsus Posted June 29, 2013 Share Posted June 29, 2013 Cronus does 10 more Charge Damage, I think, going off of the Wiki unless that was a typo. Other than that, the main difference is that the Cronus deald knockdown on a Jump Attack, while the Heat Sword deals Fire Damage but does not knock down. YTakuyaY Posted June 29, 2013 Share Posted June 29, 2013 (edited) Why not try Dual Heat Swords? :D It's easy to craft in the beginning and is still one of the top choices among the veterans. :3 You should sell Cronus instead, as even a Heat Sword alone does fire AoE from jump smash and triple damage against the infested.
