In fact I believe it's one of the best cloth physics implementations I've seen to the game. Not saying it's not happening, just that at least on my end it doesn't seem to happen. The skirt seems to barely move like other physics. It seemed to always want to stick into the backside of my Frost and in between my leg, it wasn't natural at all. It definitely needs refining...
