has kuva been stealth nerfed?

i was recently away for surgery for 3 days and ive noticed in those 3 days the spawn rate for kuva has become abysmally low ive found one siphon in almost 3 hours of farming anyone else experiencing this?

RN gonna G. I've gone 20 missions without seeing one spawn, and I've had two missions in a row spawn a siphon.

Yesterday I was getting them every other mission basically, or even multiple in a row. 

Today not much xP

And to answer your question; it just seems like a general case of RNG. I've had luck running Rusalka repeatedly.

yep everything fine needed some nasal surgery to stop me from having 24/7 cocaine nose ( aka super sniffles ) yeah it seems that way to me to ):
