every time i open the launger cheches i was able to play it 1 time and 2 time i wanted to start the game the launger keeps creching
restarting pc wont help only reintall and i can play 1 time and then the same happed

i tryed steam version and the one from here

no firewall

only ting isee is the evelotion engine has stoped working

If i was able to decipher it correctly, i would say maybe your firewall is blocking it? Or maybe your PC has a virus or your OS is in other ways broken? Also an errorcode or anything from the logs would help.

Send a support ticket. we can't do anything.

Either something is blocking it on your end or your system can't handle it and it's refusing to launch or you have a dodgy install.

 

Either way, not much we can do about it. 

 

Support would be your best bet.

id recommend to write a support ticket

you can do that here

although support speaks every language that you can find here in the forums so feel free to write in whatever language your are confident to use

id highly recommend to include your EE.log

and if this is your first support ticket you might want to read the guidelines on how to report a bug
in some cases checking the common issues might already help with your problem
