Ash abilities causing crashing?

My gameplay experience today was very highly disrupted by 3 crashes, along with 4 host migrations by other people.

I have video of a crash while playing ash here. I also noticed frame rate drops while performing ash's 4 ability. Not generally something that happens for my rig. I feel something has gone wrong with this update that has affected the game.

The crash is well.. at the end of the video

Not sure about the framerate, but this was in the notes

• Fixed Ash’s Blade Storm sometimes causing a crash.
