Hey guys.
I'm carrying by newb friend through the game, and we got to the Uranus Junction on saturn.
He ticked off all the objectives and is able to kill the specter, but after it happens he can't actually activate the junction.

Is there any known workaround for this?
We obviously tried replaying and relogging, but no dice.

We got it.
Apparently he killed him way too fast.

For anyone having this issue in the future, waiting helps.
