Void Fissures Issues

Was running a Neo fissure in the Void when, by the 17 minute mark or so, I got disconnected and had to log in again. I was given the option to join my old squad, i clicked yes, and then I got into the mission again. The others were still there, time hadn't stopped, but my UI just wasn't there. No aim reticle, no health indicator, no map. I could still run around, shoot, collect Void frragments.

However, by the (maybe) 20 min mark, this showed up.

Couldn't open the menu with Esc, could only type. Got stuck on that screen along with at least one other squadmate. We tried to force a host migration, and though we were still in the mission after the transition, we were also still stuck at the Relic selection screen.

Anybody else had this problem?
