So, I'm mr13 on PS4 and I revisited my old account on xb1. I chose mag on xb1 and that was a huge mistake. Is there a way I could request a reset on my account so I can't just start all over on there?

I don't see what the problem is? You'd get her eventually for MR, and you can obtain every frame, why not just play until you get a new frame? Shouldn't take you that long.

Mag is fine as a starter, and you'll hit MR2 soon enough for you to get Rhino or join a clan and get Volt or any of the other clan tech frames.

Mag was my starter and I used her before her rework, but she should still work well as a starter.  At low level her Pull is very useful for crowd control and damage and cheap to spam.  If you encounter tougher enemy, use Magnetize and you can also pull enemies toward the magnetize bubble. Shield Polarize synergizes well with Magnetize and it still works well to restore Mag's shield.  I wouldn't bother with Crush because it's slow and expensive.  Reworked Mag is no longer the Corpus killer that she once was, but she's viable against all factions now.

Did you not use Mag on your PS4 account or you didn't bother to use her again after you leveled her up to 30?
