Sentient damage adaption

Can sentients adapt to finisher damage

I read on wiki finisher damage are not negated by armour and bypass shield. So, do sentients gain resistance towards finisher damage?

Sentients are immune to knockdown, thus making finishers impossible.

Undertow, for example, also deals finished damage.

Ground Finishers actually don't even deal Finishing Damage, that's only for Stealth and Counter Finishers.

I tried using Operator, they don't adapt to the Void laser-thing.
