Public matchmaking problems

I'm not supposed to see the message "cannot join because session is full" when trying to enter the public matchmaking, didn't I? That message could appear when I'm trying to join the friend's game or smth like that, but not in public, cuz public matchmaking means searching the free slot in existing session or launching me as host if there's no free slots, right?

Happened to me today a couple times when trying to do some invasions.

I've seen that a couple times. I always assumed it meant that the game found a session and committed to joining it but someone else joined before I could. Not sure how their matchmaking code works so can't confirm.

I've been running into that a lot today. Happy to see it might not be because of my network. I'd try to start a game, it goes into the joining session as usual but then I immediately get the "Sesssion full" error message. I'm going to guess they are implementing some new changes to the matchmaking based on those issues and the earlier UDP port warnings that were showing up.
