Which syndicate to go with Steel Meridian

I just reached General on Steel Meridian and I want to grind 1 more Syndicate. Which do you think has the best offering between Red Veil, Arbiters of Hexis, and Cephalon Suda?

Not really, you just jump between Meridian and Suda as your syndicates, making sure you do enough Meridian to keep Red Veil from downgrading. If you're not in a hurry, you could just keep Meridian as the syndicate you earn extra standing via sigils on your frames while doing all the missions for both each time they reset.

If that still sounds like too much, Meridian, Suda and Hexis never lost standing for gaining standing with each other, so you can freely do the missions and use the sigils for all 3 and never have to worry about one of them suddenly hating you.

you can do red veil and steel meridian, though i would recommend just maxing out the entire left side because that gives you 3 without having to balance them all tediously

Hexis offers e.g. Telos Boltace (sell spares for Plat), Large Team Energy Restores and easily one of the cooler Syandanas,
thus not least for the sake of Fashionframe, that'd hardly be a bad choice methinks :D

Syndicate Copypasta Go!

You can easily have positive Standing in 4 Syndicates at once:

1) Steel / Suda / Hexis / Veil
Only run Steel / Suda missions, have a Steel Sigil equipped
(well, also equip a Suda Sigil until you are Rank 1 with them, heh).

Suda won't interfere with Steel and gives you +50% Hexis,
the -50% Veil is made up by the +50% Veil from Steel
and the Steel Sigil (no negative for Suda / Hexis) finally gets Veil into positive.

2) Veil / Loka / Perrin / Steel
Only run Veil / Loka missions, have a Veil Sigil equipped.

Works pretty much like the previous.
FYI, this combination makes you miss out on Suda's unique Large Team Shield Restore
(no big deal IMO, plus you can switch Syndicates to eventually get everything).

3) Perrin / Hexis / Loka / Suda
Only run Perrin / Hexis missions, alternate between Perrin / Hexis Sigils.

Perrin / Hexis are opposed but you still get a total of +50% for each
and they don't interfere with Loka / Suda so it's +50% each there, as well.
FYI, this combination makes you miss out on Veil's unique Large Team Ammo Restore
(maybe somewhat of a big deal, dunno).

For your position, option 2 is what I'd suggest
(yay e.g. Secura Penta / Lecta / Syandana, Rakta Cernos, Sancti Tigris, and whatnot)
if you do decide to try running more than two Syndicates.
