Will my mouse get me banned?

For Christmas, I was given a Blackweb Gaming Mouse. Hard-coded in the mouse is a fire button that rapid-fires the left mouse button at 10 clicks per second. This rapid-fire button is in a position that i commonly have a finger near, risking misclicking. Attempts at disabling this button have either not worked, or also disabled my regular left click. Will continued use of this mouse put my account at risk of being banned? Any insight will be appreciated.

I don't think it can,

As far as i'm aware, DE allows Macro's so long as they DON'T play the game for you while you go out and do something else.

no macros or mouse type macros will not get you banned unless the macro/macros are playing the game for you.

For warframe you will be just fine. Some more intensive PvP (shooter) games could have a problem with it though depending on if they log key intervals.

TBH, if you follow purely that piece of the EULA you wont even be able to use mouse software and stuff to begin with as that is all 3rd party :p

Its what you use the 3rd party software for that counts.
